Claire Nayman – Immigration Department

Claire is accredited by the Law Society as a level 2 senior
immigration caseworker and also as a level 2 supervisor. Claire has
over 7 years experience in advising on all aspects of immigration,
asylum applications and human rights law. This includes initial
asylum applications and appeals, leave to enter or remain
applications and appeals, visitors visas, naturalisation and EEA
applications.
Claire has good links with the local community and refugee organisations and is committed to strengthening these links.
Claire started work at Brar and Co Solicitors in Newcastle where she completed her training and gained experience in immigration work before joining David Gray in August 2009. Although Claire’s specialism is asylum and human rights work she is passionate about assisting anyone who may require help.
Claire is originally from Darlington and studied law at Northumbria University completing her LLB (exempting) degree. Claire has resided in the Newcastle area for many years.
