Claire is accredited by the Law Society as a senior immigration caseworker. She has five years experience in advising in all aspects of immigration, asylum and human rights law. This includes asylum applications, leave to enter or remain applications, visitors visas, naturalisation and EEA applications.

Claire is originally from Darlington and studied law at Northumbria University and completed her LLB (exempting) degree she has resided in the Newcastle area for the last 10 years . She is pleased to join the immigration team and looking forward to building a varied caseload and helping people with their immigration matters.

Claire started work at Brar and Co Solicitors in Newcastle where she completed her training and gained experience in immigration work. She is most specialised in asylum and human rights and is passionate to assist those who require protection in the United Kingdom.

She wanted to work for David Gray Solicitors due to its reputation.
