Claire Hunter–Family Law Department at David Gray Solicitors

Claire qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and practices exclusively in family law. She has a particular interest in children law, both issues between parents and with the involvement of social services and is a Children Panel member which means she is able to represent children in care proceedings. She also undertakes divorce proceedings with financial issues arising out of the separation. 
Claire’s first degree was in History and English at St John’s in York and she converted to law undertaking the CPE and LPC at Northumbria University.
She is a local committee member of Resolution and the area Membership Development Officer. She also sits on the management committee of a local refuge.
Claire is qualified as an Advocate in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court and High Court.
