Bryony Rest – Immigration Advice Department
Bryony has expertise and many years experience in all aspects of immigration law, including managed migration, in and out of country family and visitor applications, EEA law, nationality, asylum and human rights.
She assists individual clients with their immigration cases and is also instructed by companies and organisations, in particular to advise on business immigration. She represents clients in appeals before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and higher courts and conducts Judicial Review applications.
Bryony is accredited by the Law Society as a Senior Immigration Caseworker and Supervisor. The firm is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association.
Bryony has an LLM in International Law from the University of Nottingham. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and has previously worked at Eric Robinson & Co in Southampton and Fisher Meredith in London.
