Cliff joined David Gray Solicitors in 1998 and became a Partner in May 2005

Cliff specialises in property sales and purchases together wills and probates. Cliff deals with both residential and commercial properties. On the commercial side he advises in landlord and tenant matters including granting and renewing leases. He deals with the purchasing and sale of businesses and licensing advice. He is very focused on the needs of clients and aims to provide prompt clear advice in plain English.

Cliff is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly the association of Lawyers specialising in legal services for older peple and their carers. The aim of this national association is to improve the knowledge and service provided on legal issues including, tax planning, wills, enduring powers of attorney, long-term social and health care and other retirement issues.

Cliff has dealt with probates and wills from qualification as a solicitor in 1990 and is enable to provide advice on all issues of will making and the administration of deceased estates.

Cliff also deals with Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney and the Court of Protection.
