Cliff Veitch

Cliff specialises in Elderly Client law. He deals with Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney and the Court of Protection. He also advises on wills, trusts, probate and intestacy. He regularly acts as Attorney and Deputy in the Court of Protection.

Cliff is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, which is an association of committed lawyers who specialise in providing legal services for older people and their carers. This recognises his extensive knowledge of issues including tax planning, wills, enduring powers of attorney, long-term social and health care and other retirement issues.

Cliff has dealt with probates and wills from qualification as a solicitor in 1990 and is able to provide advice on all issues of will making and the administration of deceased estates.

As a key member of the Small Business Team Cliff brings his wealth of experience in commercial transactions. He regularly is instructed to advise on the grant and renewal of leases, sale and purchase of businesses, licensing matters and issues affecting charitable organisations. His involvement with the Law Society’s “Lawyers for your Business” scheme demonstrates his commitment to providing prompt, clear advice in plain English to his business clients.

Cliff heads the Property team, dealing with Conveyancing including property sales and purchases of both residential and commercial properties. He is very focussed on the needs of his clients and aims to provide prompt, clear advice in plain English.
