At David Gray Solicitors we have many years of experience in dealing with a wide range of issues which are of particular concern to elderly clients.  We can advise with regard to applications to the Court of Protection and forward planning issues, such as the preparation of Powers of Attorney.  We encourage clients to prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney so that their affairs are in order in the event of a later illness or accident.

David Gray Solicitors will try, wherever possible, to work on a fixed fee basis. If we are unable to give you a fixed quote, we will give you the best estimate of our costs and update you regularly. We will agree limits with you, so that we must always check with you before exceeding this limit.
