Certain claims under employment legislation have strict time limits in which claims can be brought, so if you think you have been mistreated by your employer don’t delay.

Funding

Following your initial enquiry we will usually provide a free half hour initial face to face meeting with a specialist lawyer. This will enable us to listen to the issues you are having with your employer and advise you about your options. Unless your complaint is unusual or complex we will be able to decide within two working days whether we could take your case on a contingency fee basis , sometimes known as a ‘no win no fee’ agreement.

We are unable to offer any assistance funded by legal aid in relation to employment matters.

If you wish to seek advice on a compromise agreement or wish to consult us privately then we can discuss this at our initial appointment. We will always give you regular cost updates and estimates.
