Hannah Pearce – Family Law Department

Hannah is a solicitor working in the family department. Hannah has experience of representing clients in relation to children matters, in particular contact arrangements between the non-resident parent and the children and resolving issues of where a child should live.

Hannah also gives advice and provides representation to client’s who are separating or want to start divorce proceedings and the financial issues arising from relationship breakdown.
Hannah is also a member of the firm’s domestic abuse team and specialises in providing assistance in this area.

Hannah began her training contract, at David Gray, in the family department at the end of March 2009. She completed seats in the civil department, crime department and housing department. Hannah qualified in March 2011.

Hannah completed her LLB Law degree at the University of Reading in 2006 before studying the Legal Practitioner's Course at the College of Law York.

Hannah was awarded the University of Reading Family Law Award 2006 and the British Academy of Forensic Sciences Award 2008. Hannah also received the Newcastle Law Society prize for best performing student on the Legal Practice course in 2009.
