Janice Hall – Criminal Law Department
 Janice
specialises in all aspects of
criminal law. She has experience of
representing Defendants facing a
wide range of criminal allegations
from murder to road traffic
offences. Janice has considerable
expertise in assisting very young
defendants charged with serious
offences.Janice advises and represents clients in the Magistrates Court and Youth Court and oversees cases progressing to the Crown court. As with all other fee earners in the criminal department, Janice staffs the firms out of hours on call rota, representing detained clients and voluntary attenders at the Police Station. In doing so, the department ensures that our clients receive the best representation at whatever hour of the day. Janice is a qualified Duty solicitor for both court and Police Stations, and a qualified supervisor. Janice has specialised in criminal law since 1996. She trained in Glasgow and was admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland in 1998. Janice joined David Gray Solicitors LLP and was admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2002. |
