Lesley Monkhouse

 

 

Lesley specialises in cases concerning children, both Public Law cases involving Social Services, and Private Law cases which involve parents and other family members following the breakdown of family relationships. She represents parents, children and other family members.

Lesley has particular experience of child abduction cases and has acted for people whose children have been abducted as well as those who have allegedly abducted children.

Lesley is a member of Resolution and has been accredited In Private Children and Domestic Abuse since 2000. She is also a member of the Law Society Children Panel.

Lesley studied law at Northumbria University and qualified as a solicitor in 1991.
