The property department at David Gray Solicitors is headed by partner Cliff Veitch.

The department deals with a busy mainly residential conveyancing case load with some commercial work. The department mainly deals with private clients but our clients do include a local housing association, a number of local charities and investment purchasers with substantial portfolios.

The department offers a full range of services ranging from helping with the right to buy of a council property to transactions of over a million pounds.  We recognise that every transaction is important and the department strives to put clients needs first.

The department has invested in IT support including direct access to the Land Registry computer which enables Land Registry documents to be accessed instantly to help with property turn around times. 

The department also deals with the preparation and probate of Wills and estates and provides advice with regard to Wills, trusts and inheritance. 

The department can offer advice with regard to liquor and related licences.
