Rebecca Boniface – Immigration Law Department

Rebecca advises on all areas of immigration law, including EEA law, nationality, leave to enter or remain applications and asylum and human rights claims.

While completing the LPC, Rebecca volunteered at the Leeds city centre Citizens Advice Bureau as a Generalist Advisor and for the human rights charity Liberty, responding to written human rights queries by the general public.
After the LPC, Rebecca worked for Refugee and Migrant Justice as a Level 2 Caseworker, and gained a great deal of experience predominantly in asylum and human rights law.

Rebecca is accredited by the Law Society as a Level 1 Caseworker in Immigration and Asylum law.
