I am a trainee solicitor in our property team dealing with residential conveyancing including purchases, sales, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. I appreciate that buying or selling your home can be stressful, and I will do my best to keep you in the loop and give you practical advice every step of the way.
I can also prepare wills, powers of attorney, and provide advice about probate matters. It can be difficult to talk about what will happen after you’ve gone, and I make every effort to put clients at ease so that we can talk about your options openly and honestly.
I have previously worked in our crime department, our civil litigation and housing department, and our family department. I have supported our clients at the most difficult times of their lives such as facing eviction, going through a divorce or being accused of a criminal offence. Whatever you are going through, I will work hard to take the stress out of the situation for you.
I studied Law at Northumbria University before graduating with a 2.1 in June 2013. I then studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in York – I passed with a Distinction in June 2014. I am due to qualify as a solicitor in September 2017.
