I am a trainee solicitor within the Crime Department and an Accredited Police Station Representative.

I work closely with our Solicitors and Crown Court Advocates to prepare your case. I will advise you on the Court process and procedures and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I am experienced in all aspects of criminal law from road traffic offences to serious assaults and sex offences.

As a Police Station Representative I provide free, independent and confidential advice at the Police Station, whether you are there under arrest or as a voluntary attender. I understand that being detained at the Police Station can be a very stressful and unfamiliar situation, I handle your case with confidence and sensitivity, ensuring the whole process is as stress free as possible.

I also provide advice to those under investigation by the Local Authority or Department of Work and Pensions on suspicion of Benefit Fraud.

I studied Politics at Northumbria University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law. I went on to complete the Legal Practice Course in 2012. Whilst at University I volunteered as a generalist advisor at the Citizens Advice Bureau.
