I am a solicitor working in the family department and also collaboratively trained.
I have over 15 years experience of working in family law. Within the team I specialise in divorce and financial cases involving married and unmarried couples. I also specialise in giving advice to parents and other relatives about arrangements for children following a relationship breakdown.
I am sympathetic and will listen to my clients and fully support them throughout their case. I will advise clients on their prospects of success and will tell them exactly where they stand even when it is not necessarily what they want to hear.
I am a member of Resolution and an accredited specialist in children law – disputes between parents and relatives and complex financial and property matters – medium to low income households. I am also a Law Society Family Law accredited practitioner.
I qualified as a Legal Executive in November 2005 and Solicitor in October 2009. All my studies were whilst I worked full time in a family department and studied part time at college, distance learning and I did the LPC at De Montfort University in Leicester.
