Customer Relationship Manager – Immigration

Salary: £20,000+ dependent upon experience with extensive benefits

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our busy immigration team who assist individuals and businesses come to the UK to live, visit, study or work. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important part in the team as you will be the first point of contact for all potential new clients. We are looking for someone with a sound understanding of what we do who can assess what a client needs and set up an appointment accordingly. The ideal candidate will have excellent client care and sales skills.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all new and returning clients providing quotes and information about the immigration services we offer
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to monitor trends in client demand and sources of business
  • Support the immigration team with administrative tasks such as completing online application forms and uploading documents

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent client care skills
  • Is confident and comfortable selling services and making appointments
  • Is accurate and has a good attention to detail
  • Has good IT skills

Experience of working in a legal setting and knowledge of the law is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.

As we support clients from all over the world language skills would also be desirable.

PERSON SPECIFICATION – Customer Relationship Manager

Our immigration team consists of a partner, solicitor, trainee solicitor, paralegal, customer relationship manager and personal assistant. We are nationally recognised for our expertise in immigration law, both business and personal, and have been the leading law firm for immigration advice in the North East for over 40 years.

Fulltime working preferable but part-time working is possible. This role can be hybrid, working part of the week in the office and part of the week at home if preferred. The role will be based at our Newcastle office but some working at our South Shields office is possible if preferred.

Right to work in the U.K. is essential.
