Madison Docherty

I am a Conveyancer in the property team at David Gray Solicitors. I handle sales, purchases, and remortgages of both freehold and leasehold properties.

I’ve worked with all sorts of clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned property investors, so I know how important it is to tailor my advice and communication to suit each person’s needs and keep things client focused.

I get that conveyancing can feel overwhelming, confusing, and downright stressful at times. My goal is to make things easier by keeping my clients informed every step of the way and being readily available to answer any questions or talk through any worries they have.

I am currently 2 years into my Level 7 Solicitor Higher Apprenticeship I am enrolled in with Northumbria University. Upon successful completion of the SQE 1 and 2 in years 5 and 6 of the apprenticeship, I will qualify as a solicitor in 2028.
