Skip to contentI am a trainee solicitor in the Immigration Department at David Gray Solicitors. I understand that legal services are often accessed during a highly stressful time of a client’s life. I offer an understanding, warm and friendly approach to each enquiry, ensuring the most appropriate person within the team assists.
I aim to provide clear advice that clients can understand and avoid using unnecessary legal jargon.
I am enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving the best outcome for every client.
I graduated from Northumbria University in 2016 and obtained a Masters level qualification, achieving a qualifying Law degree and exemption from the Legal Practice Course.
During my time at university, I provided pro bono advice via the Student Law Office on family law matters. I also volunteered at the Personal Support Unit assisting litigants in person in family and civil cases.
Prior to joining David Gray Solicitors, I was employed as a Paralegal at a regional firm specialising in criminal and prison law. I supported clients from their Plea and Trial Preparation hearings through to their sentencing hearings. I was involved in criminal appeals, including to the Court of Appeal and Criminal Cases Review Commission.
I more recently worked as a Generalist Adviser at Citizens Advice providing advice in respect of employment, social welfare, consumer, family and housing law.
I am a member of the Young Legal Aid Lawyers.
