Skip to contentI am a trainee solicitor working in the crime department at David Gray based in Newcastle. Previously I have worked in the Mental Health and Court of Protection teams.
I joined David Gray Solicitors in January 2020 having previously worked as a Paralegal in a Criminal Law firm since 2015.
My experience covers all areas of Mental Health Law. I primarily handle cases for clients who have been detained under the Mental Health Act (including clients subject to a Community Treatment Order).
I understand that it is a very stressful experience to be subjected to the Mental Health Act and so I try to make the process as easy and stress-free as I can for our clients.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice at Liverpool John Moores University in 2014 with a 2:1. I have since completed the GDL at Northumbria University in 2018 and gained a distinction in the Legal Practice Course/ LLM at the University of Law.
