I am a Paralegal and Customer Relationship Manager for the Immigration and Civil departments.
As a Paralegal I work alongside solicitors by providing assistance on cases day to day.
I understand that the people I advise will be going through a tough time in their lives and I will always try to take an understanding approach to help them resolve their issues. I work hard to keep my clients informed and to provide an empathetic, tailored service to each of them.
As the departments Customer Relationship Manager I am the first point of contact in relation to an enquiry. My role is to listen to and understand the needs of anyone calling for help and advice. I understand how daunting it can be to contact a solicitor, however I am an extremely good listener and empathetic in my approach. I aim to give quick and accurate quotes to ensure all clients are aware of their situation going forward and are able to make well informed decisions about their cases.
I graduated from Northumbria University in 2016 with a 1st Class Masters in Law as well as an exemption from the Legal Practice Course.
Prior to joining David Gray Solicitors I gained experience as a volunteer at the Citizens Advice Bureau and also the Northumbria University Student Law Office.
