Pierrette Tshibuyi

Legal Assistant

I work within the Immigration team to provide a reliable and effective service to clients facing immigration legal issues.

I understand the difficulties faced by clients to navigate immigration law and the importance of dependable advice conveyed in a professional and empathetic manner.

I have a client-tailored approach to ensure that each individual I advise feels fully supported and informed to be able to resolve their legal issues with confidence.

I completed my Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University with Commendation in 2016 and hold a qualifying law degree in Law with Environment.

Prior to joining David Gray Solicitors I gained extensive experience in various roles including volunteering at the Student Law Office and the Personal Support Unit. I have worked in Customer Service, as a Paralegal and Litigant in Person Support Manager.  These roles have given me proficiency in client care and understanding how daunting the legal system is for clients. I have a background in family law, conveyancing and civil litigation.

I am fluent in French, and two central African languages.
