Paul Crowther is the Customer Relationship Manager in our Crime and Motoring teams and is the first point of contact for new client enquiries.

Many people who contact the firm are experiencing extremely difficult and stressful circumstances. Paul is highly empathetic and experienced in supporting clients at these early stages, helping to provide the clarity, reassurance and practical guidance they need when making important decisions.

Paul’s role is to understand each client’s situation and explain the options available to them. He can provide clear information about the criminal process, the services we offer, eligibility for legal aid, and, where appropriate, indicative costs. Paul is highly knowledgeable about the key information required at the outset of a case or investigation, helping clients understand the process and their options clearly from the very first conversation. He plays a key role in ensuring clients are directed quickly and efficiently to the support they need.

Paul holds a 2:1 degree in Politics from Newcastle University and has worked in a variety of customer‑facing roles. This experience has given him a strong background in supporting people with complex queries, communicating clearly and compassionately, and ensuring clients feel listened to and supported from the very first contact with the firm.
