Rebecca Harkess

I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Family and Court of Protection department at David Gray Solicitors. I joined the firm as a Paralegal in June 2022 and have extensive experience within the Court of Protection department.

I pride myself on providing excellent client care and ensuring that clients know that they are being heard. Recognising that no two cases are the same, I offer a tailored and supportive approach. I am committed to providing honest advice while managing expectations throughout the process. I understand that navigating court and legal proceedings can be daunting, and I strive to be non-judgmental and empathetic, working to minimise your stress as much as I can.

I graduated from Sunderland University in 2020 and completed my LLM in Legal Practice, which included the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with merit, in 2022.
