Rhys Arthur

I am a Paralegal in the Court of Protection team, where I support clients with matters under Section 21A and Section 16 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005. My role involves assisting individuals in Court of Protection proceedings, providing dedicated support during this complex process.

I graduated with a first-class law degree from the University of Sunderland in 2024. During my studies, I worked in the Student Law Clinic, gaining valuable experience guiding and advising clients.

With a wide range of legal experience, I recognise that those who seek legal assistance are often experiencing a complicated and emotional time. I aim to approach client’s cases in a caring and understanding manner to help them feel at ease, knowing they are being looked after at David Gray.
