Customer Relationship Manager
I am the first point of contact in relation to any family enquiry. My role is to listen to and understand the needs of anyone calling for help and advice and, importantly, to ensure that they meet the right person in our team for their situation. (Here at David Gray we have a large team of family lawyers with different specialisms.)
Most people who contact me are going through a difficult and emotional time and I am aware of how daunting it can be to contact a Solicitor. I am an extremely good listener and sympathetic in my approach.
I have worked within the legal sector for the last 20 years.
