Customer Relationship Manager – Private Client

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing Private Client team.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for all prospective clients so good communication and client care skills are a must. We are looking for someone who is organised and efficient and is sensitive to the needs of our clients. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent service to our clients from the very beginning to the very end of their journey with us and you will play a vital part in this.

Day to day you will provide quotes and initial information to prospective clients as well opening files on our case management system and assisting the team with administrative tasks. The team consists of two solicitors, a trainee, a paralegal and two personal assistants.
