IT Support Technician Role
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide vital IT support to our busy, city centre law firm. You will be responsible for running our internal IT support help desk for 80+ people and providing day to day IT support to our staff. You will also work closely with our ICT Manager to maintain and improve our IT infrastructure.
It can be a fast paced environment so an ability to understand staff needs, problem solve, prioritise and communicate clearly with people of varying levels of IT ability is crucial. Attention to detail and organisational skills will be key to this role.
IT Support Technician Experience
Experience of working in a law firm is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Due to the confidential nature of the work discretion is essential.
Hours – 8.30 – 5p.m. Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
The role is primarily office based as face-to-face support for staff is required, with the option to work from home occasionally.
