We hope you and your family remain safe and healthy at home. Our team continue to work effectively at home and can help via telephone, email and video conference. Check our website regularly for the latest information and law updates related to COVID-19. Some remote hearings are taking place and our team continues to assist clients in this way. Our domestic abuse team is also available for advice and support to both clients and agencies.

Office Closure – Following Government guidelines, our offices are now closed. All of our staff are working remotely so are available by phone or email. You can find your solicitor’s email address and phone number at www.davidgray.co.uk/people
If you are dropping off a hand delivery please post through the letterbox ensuring your name, telephone number and email address are visible – we will confirm safe receipt.

It is business as usual here at David Gray. We are continuing to adhere to the latest government and NHS advice, therefore, following yesterday’s announcement by Boris Johnson, the majority of our staff are now working from home.
We have some staff in the office, however, telephone or Skype appointments are preferable; we are fully prepared to keep things going.
Our accounts team are fully functioning so payments can still be made and monies transferred for all clients, we know this is of particular concern to those buying and selling property.

The health of our clients and staff is of upmost importance. Please be assured we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and will act upon government advice.Our staff are being extra vigilant with hand washing and sanitiser is available throughout our offices.
In order to minimise the risk to our staff and our clients we are encouraging appointments by phone or Skype wherever possible, however appointments at our offices are still available. If you are visiting our offices may we request you use the wash rooms upon entering and leaving. Tissues are provided at reception and in our meeting rooms, please use them as you need and dispose of them immediately. Please note that we are advising against handshaking at this time.
Should the situation change, updates will be posted on our website and social media channels.
In the event of a COVID-19 outbreak resulting in closing our offices we would like to reassure you that we have good contingency plans in place where the majority of our staff can work from home. Telephone and Skype calls will be available if staff have to self-isolate. In particular, we have plans in place so that our accounts department will continue to function. Our accounts team can work remotely so that any transactions you have, such as buying or selling a house, can still go ahead as normal.
