Personal Assistant / Case Administrator – Immigration

We are looking for an organised and detail‑focused Immigration PA/ Case Administrator to join our immigration team.
About the role
This role provides essential administrative support to fee earners and plays a key part in keeping cases running smoothly.
The role will involve:
• Managing electronic case files and ensuring documents are accurately labelled and stored
• Uploading forms and evidence to Home Office, court and other external portals
• Monitoring inboxes, tasks and key deadlines
• Typing and amending documents from templates where required, with some audio typing
• Dealing with telephone calls and routine client enquiries
• Providing procedural updates to clients
• Liaising with third parties such as the Home Office, counsel and interpreters
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong administrative experience (legal or professional services preferred)
• Is confident working with digital systems and online portals
• Has excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
• Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Experience in immigration or legal practice would be an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
