About the Role:
As a paralegal in our crime team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting solicitors with their caseloads. You’ll assist in preparing cases, managing files, liaising with clients, and ensuring exceptional standards of client care. This is a fast-paced role that demands flexibility, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing hands-on support to solicitors
- Assisting with case preparation, evidence review, and legal research
- Clerking and attending court
- Assisting the customer relationship manager with new client enquiries
- Delivering outstanding client care in challenging circumstances
- Collaborating with a supportive, high-performing team
- Staying sharp with ongoing legal updates and training
- Contributing to business development and promoting access to justice
What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing demands
- A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Experience in criminal law (preferred but not essential)
