We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our Mental Health & Court of Protection team.

The Role

This is a key support role where you will work closely with our solicitors, helping to ensure cases progress efficiently while delivering an exceptional service to vulnerable clients and external professionals, combining strong administrative skills with empathy and attention to detail.

Key Focus of the Role 

  • Inbox Management: Ownership of email flow, ensuring timely responses, escalation and organisation
  • Diary Management: Coordinating complex schedules, avoiding conflicts, and ensuring efficient planning
  • Filing & Organisation: Maintaining clear, structured, and compliant filing systems
  • Administrative Support: Enabling fee earners to operate efficiently through proactive support

Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
