Skip to contentI am a solicitor in the Immigration Department. I am very passionate about my work and aim to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients. I fully appreciate that any adverse decision could be life-changing for not just the clients but also their family members.
I have walked in the shoes of an immigrant in my own life so I am fully aware of the potential difficulties our clients face with their immigration issues. In most cases, I can just anticipate their problems even before they can express it themselves.
I graduated with a law degree from University of London in 2006 and then obtained a Masters in International Commercial Law from Northumbria University in 2007.
I then worked in the complaints department of a mainstream retail bank for more than a decade. As a Customer Resolution Manager, I had to investigate the root cause of any customer’s complaint and then resolve it to their satisfaction in a timely manner. During my tenure, I honed my interpersonal skills in dealing with people in a challenging environment.
I completed my Legal Practice Course in 2014 then worked in another immigration law firm for about five years. I was involved in all types of cases in personal immigration including appeals in First-tier Tribunal.
I completed my training with a regional law firm where I regularly represented clients in housing matters as Duty Solicitor before Deputy / District Judges in County Court. I also represented clients in Care Proceedings before District and Circuit Judges. I have also assisted counsel during trials in Crown Court.
I qualified in January 2022 and joined David Gray Solicitors the next month.
I can speak the following languages:
I strive for excellence in life and work. I have a positive attitude and my optimism is contagious to those around me.
