We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join our property team. Your work will consist of residential conveyancing, both sale and purchase. It can be a fast paced environment so experience of handling a busy conveyancing caseload including all elements of the transaction from start to finish is essential. We pride ourselves on our reputation for exceptional service so excellent client care as well as good verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
Our case files are electronic and we operate a less paper working environment so good organisation and IT skills are important.
Please note that the majority of our property team are currently working from home, however there will be a requirement for you to attend our Newcastle office initially for induction and training purposes to ensure you settle in and get to know our procedures. Our office is COVID-Secure – you can view our risk assessments here. However, it is also expected you will be able to work from home in a safe, secure way when necessary. This is a full time, permanent role which will be based at our Newcastle office when government guidelines allow reopening.
