As a Police Station Representative I am able to provide you with free, independent and confidential advice at the Police Station, whether you are there voluntarily or under arrest. I understand that being interviewed by the Police can be very daunting so I will offer support and reassurance together with my advice on how best to handle your case.
I also work closely with our Solicitors and Higher Court Advocates to prepare cases for Court and can answer any queries or concerns you may have.
I am the first point of contact in relation to any crime enquiry. My role is to understand the needs of our clients and provide them with advice on how to proceed. I can offer advice on the criminal process and provide information on eligibility for legal aid or provide estimates of our private costs.
I appreciate that most people who contact me are going through an extremely difficult time so I can offer support and reassurance to those who need it. I am sympathetic to the needs of our clients and will go the extra mile to ensure their experience is as stress-free as possible.
I graduated from Newcastle University with a 2:1 LLB (Honours) in Law in 2013, beginning my career as a secretary within the crime department before progressing to paralegal following qualification as a Police Station Representative in January 2017.
