I am the Customer Relationship Manager for the Crime and Motoring teams at David Gray and I am the first point of contact in relation to any criminal and motoring enquiry. Whilst there is an ongoing case, I am able to answer questions that clients may have about progress of their case.
My role is to listen to and understand the needs of our clients and offer advice on how to proceed. Being accused, charged or interviewed in relation to a criminal offence for many is often stressful and frightening. Expert advice is vital to ensure that you are properly guided throughout the process from start to finish. I can offer advice on the legal process and provide information on eligibility for legal aid or to provide an estimate of our private costs. Client satisfaction is my utmost objective and myself and the team will do everything possible to provide an excellent, friendly and professional service.
I studied Law at Sunderland University graduating in 2014 and have worked within Criminal Law ever since.
