Caitlin Rafferty

I am a solicitor in the Court of Protection Department.

I am instructed to represent people who lack capacity and wish to challenge their residence and care arrangements in the Court of Protection.  I am organised, attentive and empathetic to the wishes and feelings of my clients.

I graduated with a degree in African Studies from SOAS in 2013. I completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University.

I worked as a paralegal, trainee and qualified solicitor at a high street law firm. I qualified in 2020 and worked in both the Private Client Department and Civil Litigation Department.
