Euan Osborne

I am a Paralegal who specialises in Residential Conveyancing within the Property department. In this role I guide clients through the conveyancing process as concisely and transparently as possible. I also assist Matthew Smith with our commercial property clients and am always available for queries which would arise.

Buying and selling houses is well-known to be one of the most stressful experiences in most people’s lives, and I aim to keep communication clear and concise throughout to mitigate this stress and to ensure the process is dealt with efficiently.

I take my time to be analytical with all information provided to me to ensure the best quality service possible. This will involve analysing contract packs when acting for a purchase to ensure client’s interests in the property are protected, as well as keeping them updated on key dates in the process, such as exchange of contracts and completion dates.

I graduated from Northumbria University in 2021 with a 1^st Class Honors Integrated Masters degree incorporating the Legal Practice Course. I worked as a conveyancer for eight months, which also involved work in wills and probate, then working as a caseworker on commercial leases for a further two months before starting at David Gray.
