I am a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Residential conveyancing department at David Gray Solicitors.

I act in both leasehold and freehold residential house sales and purchases, remortgages, new builds, transfers of equity and buy to lets. I have over 15 years’ experience in the industry. Having studied and trained in the North East I moved to London to progress my legal career. I recently moved back to my North East roots and joined David Gray in May 2024.

I understand that buying a home is both an exciting and stressful time, whether you are a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, I make the process as stress free as possible, by keeping you regularly updated whether that is by phone, email or in person.
