I am a Solicitor in the Immigration team and have over five years’ experience of advising on Immigration and Nationality law.
I advise business and individual clients on a broad range of immigration cases. I also deal with complex matters including deportation and deprivation of British citizenship.
I assist with applications and advise on challenging immigration decisions including representation in Appeals before the Immigration Tribunals and higher courts and in Administrative Review and Judicial Review applications.
Our firm is an Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) member – the UK professional association for immigration law.
I can speak Urdu and Punjabi.
I like to undertake a full assessment of each case to ensure that the relevant requirements are met as I believe it is important for clients to know the prospects of success with their specific case prior to submitting any type of application to the Home Office. This also helps to give the clients the information they need to make an informed decision as to how best to proceed with their case.
My Personal Immigration experience includes Family applications, EU applications, Citizenship, Human Rights /Asylum, Private life applications, Tier 4 Students, Deportation and Bail and Visit visas.
My Business Immigration practice involves the Points Based System including Sponsor Licences, Tier 1 Entrepreneurs and Investors and Tier 2 and Tier 5 Work visas, UK ancestry visas as well as Civil Penalties.
I qualified with a First Class Honours degree in law from the University of Sunderland. I successfully completed my Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University and passed with a Distinction. I completed my training contract with David Gray Solicitors LLP, qualifying as a Solicitor in October 2018.
